Native Feline, Symbolic Idol

This is worked on after the inking drawing of Quetal, and since I hated the inking drawing, I left this one as it is. This was tricky because I tried to make it native as possible due to her being raised in the wild with her family and with Quetal. However, because this whole censoring if "it is too revealing" deal and getting my character removed sucked, I tried to minimize the skin revelation. (You get the idea. Shut it.)

Almost everything about her is okay; I just hated the shorts and staff. I should take some kind of class next semester on clothing.

Character bio: Snow Leporda was born in a native clan which holds the history of the ancients. It was said that if a child was born with snow white skin and green eyes that shine like emeralds, the child is the reincarnation of one of the ancients.

However, when she was six years old, her clan was attacked by the lizards because of the legend, and her mother told her to run into the woods and to survive at all costs. For days, Snow lived alone and tried to survive, depending on wild herbs, fruits, and mushrooms that her grandmother taught her. As days passed by, she cried in loneliness, realization, and hopelessness, and Snow wondered if there is anyone who is strange as she is. She tried to become unnoticeable by covering herself with mud, having her cloak cover her head, and having the shade cover her eyes to get by. Unfortunately, a group of lizards took interest of her unusual appearance when a pail of water splashed onto her and chased her down from town into a forest. Unable to continue running because of her frail body, she was surrounded and was about to be captured. Snow thought her life was over, but the appearance of a feathered lizard shocked her and saved her from the group. What was surprising that the lizard had wings, unusual like her who is pure white and have eyes like emeralds.

Instead fearing the lizard like the other lizard, she began feeling the sense of admiration and security toward the lizard. She tried to take care of the feather-winged lizard through wounds and basic necessities, and she knew the name of the creature who saved her: Quetal. When Quetal began to leave, Snow wanted her to teach her fighting skills and pleaded for acceptance. Quetal was the only creature who fought off her own species, and Snow wanted to fight off anyone who tried to take her. By the time Snow improved and learned much from Quetal through surviving and fighting, she continued to learn the outside world as she swore immense loyalty and faith toward her adoptive mother and sister.

Story behind this character: This was based off from my best friend again, and it's becoming a habit of mine. I have to break that habit, or I wouldn't go anywhere. Sorry. You know, it's animation regulations and creativity, but my first character and second character and so on is stuck in me since high school.

Her name was pretty obvious; Snow Leporda as in Snow Leopard since her skin is white, having spots on her face, shoulders, and back, and her clothing is blue. Her hair is left brown because... well... read back to the beginning of the story behind this character. I planned to make the gems blue and have it react to Liono's sword, but instead of a good way, it would react badly because red is fire and blue is water.

I also wanted to let the characters know that trusting other feline characters isn't easy. We see too much easy trusts in characters since it was the '80s like everyone is the same, but right now, it's not going to be easy. She is somewhat distrusting toward the characters, but not as harsh as Quetal. However, she is curious toward the characters because she thought how they seem similar to her, and she was raised under both her family who have not been contacted with the same feline race and Quetal.

You can say that she is naive and instinctively intelligent since she knows the terrains Quetal travels around and her spoken, broken sentences on the major language. (*coughenglishcough*) Seriously, living under Quetal and speaking a different language can actually affect the normal language with a unique sound. Have you ever heard how Russians or Vietnamese spoke when they speak English? It's rather unique and complicated that I actually had to transform my sarcastic brain into something intelligent so I don't miss what is going on. My mom calls "bricks", "bicks", and I always go WT-?

I also wanted her to be his future mate because... well... *snorts* that guy needs someone to the equal weight between fun and seriousness. Seriously, that show is dark. Oh, and don't worry. She is mature... sometimes...
